Overview
At Lumiana, every piece is crafted to carry meaning — and we want it to reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. During peak periods — including holidays, sales, and new collection launches — processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience during these times and will always keep you informed.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

All timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing, and weather events.
3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the qualifying threshold before taxes. This offer applies to all destinations worldwide and cannot be combined with select promotions unless otherwise stated.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The name of your shipping carrier
- A direct link to track your package in real time
You can also track your order at any time by visiting our website and entering your tracking number in the tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
5. International Shipping & Customs
Lumiana ships to customers worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control.
Any applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or estimate these charges in advance, and they are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order if you have concerns about potential fees.
Please note that customs processing can add additional time to your delivery estimate. Lumiana is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
All international shipments are declared at their full commercial value as required by law. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or alter declared values on customs documentation.
6. Missing or Late Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact our support team at lumiana@outlook with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your shipping address
We will investigate the issue with the carrier immediately and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the outcome, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Please do not contact us before the 15-business-day window has passed, as tracking information may still be updating during this time.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Lumiana is not responsible for orders that are delayed, undelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If your order is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees incurred. We will contact you via email once the package has been returned to arrange reshipment.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us at lumiana@outlook as soon as possible. We can only make address changes before your order has been dispatched.
8. Damaged Items
We package every order with care. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lumiana@outlook and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging it arrived in
We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 7 days of the delivery date may not be eligible for a resolution.
9. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, Lumiana is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: carrier disruptions, natural disasters, extreme weather, customs holdups, strikes, or global events affecting logistics networks.
In these situations, we will always communicate transparently and work with you to find a solution.
